About the Opportunity

The Cerebral Palsy League of Queensland has an exciting opportunity for a full time Client and Family Support Worker to join their dynamic team in Rockhampton.

The main aim of this role will be to provide a client and family support service to adults and children with a disability and their families. Specifically, the Client and Family Support Worker will provide information, counselling, case management and advocacy support to adults and children with a disability and their families.

Applicants must also have relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Services, Community/Social Welfare), a current C class driver's licence, a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card), and eligibility to meet the requirements of a Disability Services Queensland Positive Notice Card.
